Making Access to Work Accessible
JobAide.co.uk was set up to help neurodivergent people navigate the challenging process of applying for Access to Work. Our vision and values are based entirely on our own experiences as neurodivergent applicants, and using those for the greater good.
We pride ourselves on our strict vetting procedures to make sure that not only our clients get the right support for them, but also that our qualified professionals take on the most suitable clients.
As a neurodivergent-ran website, we’re unique in that we aren’t a traditional agency, but a small collective of neurodivergent professionals wanting to make the Access to Work process as smooth as possible for everyone.

The most important thing about Access to Work support is making sure you get the right support for you. So we’ll mould our services to fit your funding approval.
Collaboration
We’re here to fill that gap in your skill set that you’re reaching out for support with. And, if we can’t fill it this minute, we’ll do everything we can to find a support worker for you who can.
Passion
Our support work comes from a place of mutual frustration. We’ve been through the system ourselves and experienced these pain points first-hand.
